Our History
Presently with 2500 students with over 200 staff members, functioning proudly with an excellence of 25 years in education.
1998
SPMS is founded by Sri Rangaswamy and his wife with 80 students in a residential area, Mariyappanapalya.
Introduced house colours in 2004
2003
2006
Received award from then education minister for obtaining 100% result in the SSLC board.
2011
Sri Sri Sri Siddaganga Swamiji visited the School and inaugurated the New Block.
Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Swamiji visited the School and inaugurated the New Block
Sri Sri Sri Nanjavadootha Swamiji visited the School and inaugurated the New Block.
2016
Installed solar panel on the rooftop of the school which was inaugurated by then power minister, D. K. Shivakumar
As a philanthropist started with Doddaiah Thulasamma Charitable Trust.
Consecutively received Golden School Award at district level in the year 2016, 2017, 2018.
2020
Moved to asynchronous online learning due to COVID-19
2021
Affiliated to Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE).
Extended to offer +2 level in the new college block
2023
SPMS students passed out with distinction in its first year of +2 exams which was the highest score in and around the locality.
SILVER JUBILEE BLOCK “ UTTHUNGA” is yet to be unveiled on 12th of February 2024.
